The position of Assistant Technical Superintendent is an onshore role in Hamburg, which aligns with the candidate's preference for shore-based positions. Although there is a lack of a detailed job description, the role likely leverages the candidate's engineering background and technical skills from their experience in maritime operations. This yields a good match, despite it not perfectly aligning with specific target roles.
